 Spring Hit the Hop Juried Show
Where: Studios on High Gallery
Submission Deadline:  February 26, 2018 (midnight)

Show Dates: April 7th - May 3rd, 2018
Admission Fee: $35 for up to 2 pieces

Requirements:

  • Work must be complete with the last 2 years
  • 2D maximum size: 30"x30"
  • 3D maximum weight: 40 lbs
  • All work must be for sale (you set the price)
  • The gallery takes a 25% commission on sales of artwork

 Outsiders Art Show
Where: The Vanderelli Room, 218 McDowell St., Columbus, OH
Drop-off Dates:  March 3, 2018 11a - 1p // March 5, 2018 12p - 2p
Show Date: Friday, March 9th, 7-10pm
Admission Fee: NONE

"'Outsiders' will feature a number of artists both recovering and currently suffering with various forms of mental illness such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, paranoia and more.  We hope to not only raise awareness of these disorders but to also provide a provocative and deeply intimate look into the minds of our artists as they show us their world."

  • This is a non-juried show, which means all pieces on theme will be accepted

 eARTh Art Show
Where: Chromedge Studios, 446 W. Rich Street, Columbus, OH
Drop-off Dates:  March 31, 2018 12p - 2p // April 7, 2018 12p - 2p
Show Date: Friday April 13th, 5-10pm
Admission Fee: NONE

Details:
  • All works fitting the theme of "art and the environment" is welcome; all work must be framed and/or hang-ready before delivery
  • BEFORE drop-off, please email the following to galleryCE@gmail.com :
    • Image of piece(s)
    • Name, title, media, size and price of piece(s)
  • This is a non-juried show, which means all pieces will be accepted (which makes this a great show for kids to submit to and learn the process of art submission!)
  • All work must be for sale; you set the price of your piece(s)
  • When a piece is sold, artists will receive 50% of the sale, and the other 50% will be donated to Franklinton Farms and Earth Day 2018 programs
  • If a piece of yours does not sell, you will be contacted a couple weeks after the show to pick up your unsold work

 The New Show (Zanesville)
Where: The Masonic Temple, 38 N. 4th St., Zanesville, OH 43701
Submission Due Date:  April 30, 2018 
Show Date: Friday, May 4th, 5-8pm
Admission Fee: $10 fee (please write checks out to "Bob Grayson")

"Artists ages 10 and up residing in the State of Ohio are invited to submit ONE work of art [in any medium].  Work must have been created in 2018 and must be appropriate for all ages."

Details:
  • Limit of one piece per artist
  • This is a non-juried show, which means all appropriate pieces will be accepted
  • Artwork can be mailed to address above with payment; please email Bob Grayson to obtain a standard waiver to sign and submit with your work
  • All art must be framed and ready-to-hang/display; make sure your piece is also labeled with your name and contact information
  • All artwork must be for sale, and The Masonic Temple will take a 10% commission on work sold
  • Unsold artwork may be picked up after 8pm on May 4th or during the month of May; artwork left after June 1 becomes the property of The Masonic Temple
